Ukrenergo, Ukraine's national power grid operator, reported this on Facebook , according to Ukrinform. "Following Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling, there are new power outages this morning in the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions. Emergency repair and restoration work is already underway wherever the security situation allows," the statement said. In the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions, consumers have also been left without power due to heavy rain and strong winds. Regional electricity companies' repair crews are already restoring the damaged networks. As of 09:30 on Tuesday, electricity consumption was 4.5% higher than on Monday.
