SPY, RDTY: Big ETF Outflows

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), where 24,600,000 units were destroyed, or a 2.3% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPY, in morning trading today Nvidia (NVDA) is up about 0.3%, and Apple (AAPL) is up by about 0.3%. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the YieldMax Russell 2000 0DTE Covered Call Strategy ETF (RDTY), which lost 325,000 of its units, representing a 38.2% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
