NuScale's E2 Centers Turn SMR Learning Into Hands-On Training

NuScale Power Corporation's SMR Energy Exploration Centers, or E2 Centers, are designed to make small modular reactor ("SMR") technology easier to grasp through simulation and direct interaction. Instead of relying only on classroom theory, the centers let students, researchers and future operators experience how an SMR plant behaves. That practical setup helps users understand control-room activity, operating decisions and reactor responses in a setting that mirrors real plant conditions. At the heart of each E2 Center is an advanced simulator modeled on the control room of a 12-module NuScale plant. Users can act as operators, change settings, test different situations and watch how the modules respond.
