GE Aerospace names Wes Bush independent lead director

The appointment took effect Sept. 21, the company announced Tuesday. Horton, who had served as independent lead director since 2018, will remain on GE Aerospace’s (GE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GE]) board. AEROSPACE VETERAN Bush joined the GE Aerospace (GE [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GE]) board as an independent director in 2025.
