Chinese dancer Wu Yufei is preparing to take the stage at the America’s Got Talent final with four humanoid robots from Chinese company Unitree. The team combines dance routines with kung fu moves, while the robots also perform flips and other acrobatic moves. Wu says the machines can learn choreography extremely quickly, but humans still have an advantage when it comes to adapting to unexpected changes during a performance. After months of training, he says he has developed a sense of “team spirit” with the robots.
