The Ministry of Planning is attempting to addressed ways to enhance the alignment between educational outputs and labour market needs. This came during a meeting between the Minister of Planning, Mohamed Youssef Al-Zaidani and Dr. Issa Saeed Al-Jadi—an expert in education and labour market requirements—and Dr. Mustafa Al-Arqat, Director General of the Planning Institute, at the Minister’s Tripoli office.
