Adobe ADBE is expanding the use of its agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and customer-experience technologies through a multi-year strategic partnership with Jet2. The travel company plans to use Adobe CX Enterprise to deliver more personalized customer experiences, including tailored holiday recommendations, offers and engagement across the travel journey. Jet2 will also use Adobe Firefly Foundry and Brand Intelligence to accelerate branded content creation and improve consistency across customer interactions. The partnership includes a Jet2 x Adobe Customer Experience Lab focused on developing and scaling AI-powered experiences. Jet2 was among Adobe's global enterprise customer wins in the third quarter of fiscal 2026.
