According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by Ruslan Osypenko, Head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration. “The enemy targeted an energy facility and border infrastructure, including international crossing points on the Ukrainian-Romanian and Ukrainian-Moldovan borders,” the statement said.
