HELLA CFO Philippe Vienney To Leave, Names Jens Grösch As Successor

KGaA (HLE.DE), an automotive supplier, on Friday announced that Chief Financial Officer Philippe Vienney will leave the company after the Management Board contract expires on February 28, 2027, at own request. The company also appointed Jens Grösch as a new member of the Management Board and CFO, effective December 1. Grösch will succeed Vienney and will be responsible for the Finance & Controlling corporate function. Grösch began his career with the company in 2001 and currently serves as CFO of dSPACE, a provider of simulation and validation solutions for software and electronics.
