Cramer discussed the news in his morning appearance on the 18th and praised the firm's succession plan: "Pretty darn great. Congratulations to him. And I think that, if you don't understand the way he thinks after working there all these years, then I just think that you oughta have those people in [inaudible] telling you what to do.
