HubSpot, Inc. (NYSE:HUBS) received a boost last week (September 16) after UBS raised its price target on the stock to $290 from $250 while maintaining a Buy rating. The price target raise followed HubSpot's conference where the company outlined an AI strategy centered on the revamped Breeze Assistant, Aviator harness, and Growth Context Layer. Something to note from these products is that HubSpot is moving beyond standalone AI features toward a more integrated customer platform. However, UBS also highlighted the key issue facing the stock. It noted that AI functionality and adoption are improving, but monetization remains in its early stages.
