The bank said that although Meta Platforms' Muse AI agent increases communications volume, it may not meaningfully expand Twilio's competitive moat or revenue capture per CNBC. A competitive moat is a lasting advantage that helps a company protect its market share and profits from rivals. HSBC also pointed to intensifying competition and stretched valuation levels. A stretched valuation means the share price looks high relative to the company's expected earnings or growth, leaving less room for the stock to rise.
