At least 11 people were killed in a suicide bombing in northwestern Pakistan on Saturday, authorities said. Dera Ismail Khan sits in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, which runs along the border with Afghanistan and has been repeatedly hit by Islamist militant violence .
