Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) received a modest price target raise on September 18 from Guggenheim. The brokerage increased its target to $1,284 from $1,273 while maintaining a Buy rating on the pharma stock. But perhaps the more important change was in Foundayo estimates. Guggenheim sharply raised its revenue forecasts for Lilly's oral obesity drug, as early prescription trends improve. It now expects Foundayo to generate $1.8 billion in revenue in 2027 and $3.7 billion in 2028. That's up from previous estimates of $1.2 billion and $2.4 billion, respectively. Also, the firm maintained its 2026 estimate for Foundayo, even as it modeled a lower price for the 2.5-mg dose for the remainder of the year.
