Hugo Boss CFO, COO Yves Müller Steps Down; Appoints Ivica Maric As Successor

(RTTNews) - Hugo Boss AG (BOSSY, BOSS.DE, BOSS.F), a fashion and lifestyle company, on Monday announced that Yves Müller has stepped down from the Managing Board as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for personal reasons. Executive Vice President Business Operations Ivica Maric will take over from Müller as Managing Board member for Finance and Operations effective October 1. Müller joined Hugo Boss as CFO in December 2017 and assumed responsibility for Operations as COO in May 2022. Maric has been with the company since 2005 and has held various leadership positions in Controlling and Accounting. Maric assumed responsibility for Business Operations in 2022 and was appointed Executive Vice President Business Operations in 2023.
