UK Tribunal revives consumer case against Apple, Amazon

The Competition Appeal Tribunal on Monday permitted claims tied to Apple (AAPL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AAPL]) and Beats products purchased through Amazon’s (AMZN [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AMZN]) UK marketplace to move forward.
