Shares of electricity generation and hydrogen production company Bloom Energy (NYSE:BE) fell 8.7% in the afternoon session as Oracle's force majeure notice on Project Jupiter revived concentration and financing concerns, with tech and growth names already under pressure from rising Treasury yields. According to Bloomberg, Oracle sent a force majeure notice to a Blue Owl Capital unit developing Project Jupiter, the New Mexico AI data center campus designed to run on Bloom's solid oxide fuel cells, seeking to defer rent if the site misses its 2028 target. Oracle and Blue Owl both said the project remains on schedule and that financial commitments are unchanged.
