The partnership centers on leveraging Nanexa's proprietary PharmaShell technology platform across up to five development programs focused on obesity, type 2 diabetes, and other cardiometabolic indications. The target outcome is formulating long-acting injectables capable of extending dosing intervals to monthly or quarterly schedules. Under the deal terms, Nanexa is eligible to receive total payments reaching €1.
