On the eve of its developer conference, OpenAI scrapped the release of its most advanced artificial intelligence model due to safety concerns. According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, OpenAI isn’t moving ahead with the release of its GPT-6.1 Astra, which was initially slated to be announced in the coming days or weeks with a potential October debut.
