In the Krolevets community, two men—aged 46 and 23—were injured by a drone strike. A locomotive and railroad tracks were damaged. In the Novoslobodsk community, a 37-year-old woman was wounded when an enemy drone struck. A man who was injured on August 21 when a drone struck in the Sumy community also sought medical attention. According to police, enemy shelling damaged residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, vehicles, and business property. Police investigative teams and bomb disposal experts are working at the sites of the strikes.
