Ukrinform reports this, citing a source in the Ministry of Defense. “The Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara has postponed visits to Germany and Norway that were scheduled for this week due to the situation in Ukraine and the increase in Russian attacks. This requires immediate attention and the acceleration of all processes aimed at countering the enemy. Talks with partners will be held in other formats, and we thank them for their support — new packages and decisions for Ukraine are being prepared,” the ministry stressed.
