African billionaire Aliko Dangote said shares in a Kenya refinery that he’s building will trade on the country's stock exchange. Breaking ground on the $16 billion project is planned for Wednesday, but a Kenyan court ordered it be paused after a group of petitioners filed a case opposing the project.
