Rescuers cleared the rubble, while rope access specialists dismantled the building’s collapsed and damaged structures. On the night of September 28, Russian troops launched strikes on the Saltiv and Kyiv districts of Kharkiv . As a result of one of the strikes on a nine-story residential building, the structural elements of apartments on the lower floors were destroyed. Rescuers evacuated 32 people from the building.
