(RTTNews) - Tuesday, Immix Biopharma (IMMX) said an interim Phase 2 NEXICART-2 update showed an 89% complete response rate with investigational NXC-201 in relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis. NXC-201 is an investigational BCMA-targeted CAR-T therapy. Across 45 patients, 40 achieved complete response, while four additional MRD-negative patients could potentially increase the CR rate to 98%. No relapses were reported among patients achieving CR or MRD-negativity, and no neurotoxicity or enterocolitis was observed. The company plans a final study readout and BLA submission in 2027. Currently, IMMX is trading at $10.90, down 4.66%.
