For generations, Americans seeking essential services from the Federal Government have been required to navigate a system organized around the structure of Government rather than the needs of the people. Americans must search across numerous executive departments and agency (agency) websites, interpret complicated Government terminology, frequently provide the same information, and repeatedly prove their identities to a Government that may already possess the information necessary to serve them. The American people deserve better.
