Wadephul expects additional air defense supplies for Ukraine from at least two more countries

The German foreign minister said this in response to questions from members of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly in Strasbourg, according to an Ukrinform correspondent. “Just last week in New York, I spoke again with colleagues from both Europe and Asia, and I am confident that deliveries to Ukraine can be made from at least two more countries,” Wadephul said. Germany had already made a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s air defenses, while German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius continues to work with friendly and allied countries to secure additional systems, he noted. “Many countries, including us, have already reached the limits of what is responsible from a security standpoint.
