Netlist files patent complaint against Micron and tech companies

Netlist (NLST [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NLST]) has filed a complaint [https://fingfx.thomsonreuters.com/gfx/legaldocs/zgvodklalpd/NETLIST%20MICRON%20ITC%20LAWSUIT%20complaint.pdf] with the U.S. International Trade Commission, or ITC, accusing Micron Technology (MU [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/MU]) and several major technology companies of infringing patents covering high-bandwidth memory used in artificial intelligence computing. Netlist said in the complaint, first filed under seal on Friday, that Micron's HBM3E, HBM4, and HBM4E memory chips infringe two of its patents. The complaint also names Google (GOOGL [https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GOOGL]), Nvidia (NVDA [https://seekingalpha.
