LONDON — Britain believes Iran was involved in the incident at a British airbase used by the United States which saw five men arrested on suspicion of terrorism , U.K. Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said. Speaking to the BBC, Burnham said: "We will say more in due course but we can confirm ... that we believe Iran to have played a part.” Five British men in their 20s were arrested in the early hours of Sunday after Gloucestershire Police received a report of suspicious vehicles near RAF Fairford, which is used by the U.S. Air Force. They were arrested on suspicion of offenses under the Explosives Act and later, preparation of a terrorist act.
