Saudi and Yemeni government-aligned forces may be targeting senior Houthi and Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) missile and drone experts and military commanders in order to degrade the Houthis’ ability to attack Saudi oil infrastructure, military bases, and vessels.
