Atom bank has simplified its commercial mortgage pricing and cut rates by up to 0.70%, depending on loan size. The largest discounts apply to loans between £800,000 and £2m. The bank reduced the number of price points for each product to limit potential rate changes during the application process. Discounts of up to 0.25% remain available for properties with an energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of B or above and applications with 200% debt service cover or interest coverage. The bank also extended its enhanced procuration fee offer until 31st March 2027. Brokers receive a 1.75% fee on applications submitted before the deadline.
