Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei is warning about AI risks the wrong way: Meta's former CTO

Anthropic (ANTH.PVT) CEO Dario Amodei is going about highlighting AI risks the wrong way. He should be less alarmist and more specific, former longtime Meta (META) CTO Mike Schroepfer advises. "I think we just have to be specific and consistent, you know, what are the risks and what are the right ways to deal with them. When we talk in sort of big absolutes and generics, it's hard for anyone to engage," the Gigascale Capital founder said on Yahoo Finance's Sozzi Unleashed. After weeks of AI warnings from the likes of Amodei and his rival in OpenAI (OPENAI-USD) CEO Sam Altman, the tech industry banded together in a show of public unity this week.
