Broadridge Nominates Srinivas Tallapragada to its Board of Directors

Tallapragada for election at its upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting. Broadridge also announced that Amit Zavery will be stepping down from the Broadridge Board of Directors after the same meeting following more than seven years of service as a Broadridge Director.
