This Speech-to-Speech AI agent, unveiled at the Microsoft Industry Summit in Seoul, marks a strategic pivot for both companies. By integrating a system called Voice Live into the ThinQ ON smart home hub, LG is moving away from licensing Alexa or Google Assistant to become a vertically integrated AI-home vendor.
