Investing.com -- Nscale, the London-based artificial intelligence infrastructure developer, has appointed veteran Meta Platforms Inc. executive Justin Osofsky as chief operating officer to help direct its rapid expansion ahead of a planned initial public offering, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter. Osofsky, who spent 18 years at Meta and most recently served as chief partnerships officer, will report directly to Nscale Chief Executive Officer Josh Payne and oversee global operations.
