In a recent offer, an engineer earning $600,000 in total compensation at Meta was offered a $600,000 annual base salary plus $300,000 in bonuses at CHAI. The $900,000 cash package represents a 50% increase. The base salary alone matches the engineer's entire previous compensation package.
