The information comes from the Ministry of Economy and Environment , Ukrinform reported. The ministers focused on two priority areas — a new mechanism for war‑risk insurance and the development of the joint Industrial Ramstein initiative. Ukraine is currently designing an updated war‑risk insurance model that would raise compensation for affected businesses to USD 10 million. “This is the first tier of losses the state will cover. We want the mechanism to be genuinely useful for large companies and create conditions for private insurers and reinsurers to join. Ukraine expects G7 support for this model, including Germany’s participation in establishing a dedicated fund for targeted financing,” Kravchenko said.
