The relevant amendments have been made to Presidential Decree No. 206/2020 of May 29, 2020, “On the Council of Experts on Energy Security.” The Council of Experts on Energy Security is an advisory body to the National Security and Defense Council. It analyzes the status and effectiveness of state policy in the energy sector, particularly regarding energy conservation, the development of renewable energy sources, and the use of alternative fuels, and prepares relevant proposals for the National Security and Defense Council.
