Fee-free 2-year fixed rates dropped by between 0.14% and 0.30% across most LTVs from 60% to 95%. Fee-free 3-year fixed rates dropped by between 0.10% and 0.22% across LTVs from 60% to 95%. 5-year fee-free rates at 90% and 95% LTV were reduced by between 0.07% and 0.12%. Gen H also increased rates by up to 0.13% across its 85% LTV products and by up to 0.16% on parts of its retention range. At 60% LTV, its fee-free 2-year fixed rate fell by 0.29% to 6.
