SAP SE SAP has entered into an agreement to acquire TechWolf, an AI work intelligence platform provider, strengthening its workforce and talent management capabilities as enterprises increasingly adopt AI. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Financial terms were not disclosed. TechWolf enables enterprises to develop a continuously updated view of the work employees perform and the skills they possess. Its proprietary "context graph for work" connects information from customers' existing HR and business systems and maps organizations across work and job-related tasks, employee skills and the external labor market.
