Bitcoin falls below $83k as M.East tensions, soaring yields dent crypto appetite

Investing.com-- Bitcoin fell on Thursday, extending recent losses as an extended rally in oil prices and Treasury yields kept investor appetite for crypto largely on the backfoot. It briefly hit a near three-week low of $82,300.5 earlier in the day. Broader crypto prices also fell in tandem with Bitcoin, with the sector vulnerable to some profit-taking after an extended rally through the September quarter. Fresh buying action by top corporate holder Strategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) also did little to deter Bitcoin's decline this week. M.
