According to Downdetector, the most serious problems are being reported in St. Petersburg and Moscow. The outages began after an attack on a Yandex data center in Sasovo, Ryazan region, which caused a fire. Following the incident, users reported problems with Yandex Disk, Yandex Documents and other services.
