President Zelensky announced this on Facebook , according to Ukrinform. “I am grateful to the U.S. congressional delegation – Roger Wicker, Senator Kevin Cramer, Congressman Marc Veasey, and Congressman Dan Crenshaw – for being here with our people today amid virtually nonstop Russian attacks. Russia is not getting what it wants on the battlefield and is trying to make up for it through escalation,” Zelensky said. According to him, an air raid alert remained in effect throughout the meeting in Kyiv because of the threat posed by jet-powered Shahed drones.
