"Cockroach" protest movement leader Saurav Das told reporters at a press conference in New Delhi that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is putting India in a "civil war-like situation," Das spoke to reporters hours after he was released from detention along with co-leaders Abhijeet Dipke and Ashutosh Ranka. Ranka and CJP legal head Ratna Singh were also present at the press conference.
