Ukraine's State Emergency Service announced this on Telegram , Ukrinform reports. "Rescuers in Kharkiv have extinguished a fire in a residential area caused by a strike by a Russian guided aerial bomb," the statement said. The attack killed a 36-year-old woman and injured nine other people, including a seven-year-old boy.
