This was reported by Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Oleksii Kharchenko on Telegram , according to Ukrinform. “The occupiers have abandoned plans to restore around 80 damaged apartment buildings in Siverskodonetsk – buildings they had promised to repair for four years. In October, they will begin demolishing two more apartment buildings located in the old and new parts of the city,” Kharchenko wrote. According to him, residents of these buildings are not being offered alternative accommodation and have only been given a few days to collect their belongings.
