According to Ukrinform, Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram . "Three people were killed and four injured in the strike on Cherkaske. Among the dead was a 13-year-old girl. A projectile hit a private house. A single strike destroyed an entire family's lives," the regional governor wrote. He noted that Russian forces shelled the settlement of Cherkaske using a Smerch multiple rocket launcher system equipped with cluster munitions. "The Russians know perfectly well where and what they are striking. Using cluster munitions against residential areas is a deliberate attempt to inflict as many civilian casualties as possible," Filashkin stressed.
