(RTTNews) - Biopharmaceutical company Verastem Oncology (VSTM), announced on Wednesday that it has priced an underwritten offering of 30.94 million shares at $8 each and pre-funded warrants for 0.31 million shares at $7.9999 each, raising about $250 million.
