Former Head of Poland’s National Security Bureau Stanisław Koziej said this in an interview with Ukrinform , answering a question about whether NATO countries would eventually be able to agree on shooting down missiles over western Ukraine. Koziej acknowledged that reaching consensus within the Alliance on such an initiative would be difficult.
