Four killed, 41 injured as rescue operations conclude at site of Russian missile strike in Kharkiv

According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook . Personnel and equipment from the Kharkiv regional branch of the State Emergency Service, the Donetsk-Luhansk Mobile Rapid Response Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the DELTA rapid response unit of the Civil Protection Rescue Service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as municipal services, were involved in the operation. Rescuers cleared rubble and dismantled destroyed and damaged sections of the building. The State Emergency Service recalled that four people were killed and 41 injured in the Russian attack on Kharkiv. SES psychologists provided assistance to more than 100 people.
