[Warsaw Security Forum] Omar Marques/Getty Images News Ukraine reported unexpected restrictions on its military satellite communications Wednesday, raising concerns that the Trump administration could be using access to critical battlefield technology to pressure Kyiv into accepting a peace agreement with Russia, the Wall Street Journal reported. Denys Sienik, Ukraine's top diplomat in Washington, alerted U.S. lawmakers early Wednesday that military-grade Starlink terminals were experiencing restrictions that could hamper Ukrainian defenses against Russian attacks. Ukrainian officials suspected President Donald Trump might have ordered the limitations, although there was no confirmation that the White House was responsible.
